The personality test that we use is very well established and acknowledged with focus on eight different personality traits. The test is considered to be one of the most reliable and valuable tools on the market, primarily targeted at business use.

The test is particularly well suited for a fast and reliable assessment of a person’s core personality traits. If more in depth analysis is required we can provide a comprehensive test for that purpose.

You will receive an extensive profile on each candidate that we find interesting for the job including extracts from the interviews, test results, recommendations, advice and guidance on how to manage your new employee.

 

This is the price!

Our prices start at only DKK 9,800 for one of our HR consultants to run a test and perform an interview, i.e. only a fraction of what it would cost you to hire the wrong employee. Put in popular terms: “If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur”.

When we take on the job of hiring a new employee for a client, all the candidates that we present will have done a comprehensive program including interviews, tests, etc.
