The recruitment process in short
At the kickoff meeting with the customer we make a general analysis of the company and a thorough analysis of the position in question. We maintain an ongoing dialogue with our client about the skills and personal competence required for the position. We often act as a sparring partner and as an advisor to our clients.
As a recruitment firm we rely on many years of experience and we always try to provide new input and speak our minds about the organization, the team structure and the requirements for the new position. Based on the outcome of the kick-off meeting we will forward a recruitment agreement and a job ad, which are both to be approved by the customer.
The recruitment process is then initiated and in most cases we are successful in finding the right candidate for the position.
