The majority of the assignments we get can only be solved via headhunting. The consultants at Profilpartners have gained in-depth knowledge of the business areas in which we operate and thus have a pretty good idea of where to look for interesting candidates.
When contact has been established we do a thorough job of establishing the candidate’s qualities, capabilities and competences through interviews and tests. It means a lot to us that we are able to provide professional sparring for the future employee as well as the customer.
